Website packages

• Starter — one-time development: One-page website, mobile-friendly design, one form, Basic SEO, and first-year hosting managed by BigByte.
• Pro — one-time development: Up to three pages, mobile-friendly design, up to two forms, Enhanced SEO, an image gallery, and first-year hosting managed by BigByte.

Both packages exclude domain registration, WordPress/CMS, customer editing access, and post-launch website updates. Hosting renewal is $59.99 annually for either package. Standard post-launch website changes cost $50/hour. Additional development and custom features are quoted separately before work is agreed.

Domain registration and managed hosting

Hosting is managed by BigByte. The first year is included with either package and begins when your website goes live. Hosting includes ordinary infrastructure administration necessary to operate the hosted website. It does not include ongoing content editing, redesigns, new features, or unlimited technical support.

Domain registration is not included. You are responsible for keeping your domain registration current and providing access or coordination needed for the agreed setup. We may assist with domain setup, DNS configuration, hosting configuration, and deployment as agreed. Standard packages do not include WordPress, a CMS, or customer editing access.

Hosting renewal, non-renewal, and file retention

Hosting renewal costs $59.99 annually. We manually invoice you 30 days before expiration. There are no automatic renewal charges. You may decline renewal; contact us if you do not wish to renew.

After expiration, you receive a 15-day grace period during which your website remains online. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, the website is suspended.

Website files are retained for 30 days after suspension. After that period, the files may be permanently deleted, subject to applicable law. Request your completed website files or arrange migration before the retention period ends. This website-file retention period is separate from retention of inquiry communications and other business records described in our Privacy Policy.

Consultation and payment

Consultation occurs first. We confirm your project requirements and total price, then you pay 100% of the agreed development price before development begins. The development price includes the first hosting year from launch. Later hosting renewal is $59.99 annually by manual invoice, without automatic renewal charges. Domain registration and additional website work are charged separately.

The inquiry form is for inquiries only. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to purchase. It does not initiate checkout, collect payment, or create a service agreement. Payment instructions are provided after the scope and total price are confirmed.

Refunds

Website development. A full refund is available before development begins. Once development begins, refunds are determined based on work completed and undelivered work. If BigByte cannot complete the agreed project, we refund the portion attributable to undelivered work. Applicable legal rights are preserved.

Hosting renewal. Once the renewed hosting term begins, renewal fees are non-refundable and not prorated, except where required by law or if BigByte fails to provide the agreed service.

Website ownership and third-party licenses

After full payment, you own your completed website deliverables, subject to applicable third-party licenses. You retain your rights in the content you supplied. You own and control your domain registrations. You can request your completed website files at no additional charge. Migration and configuration assistance on another hosting provider cost extra and are quoted separately. Request your files while they remain available under the hosting file-retention policy above.

Standard packages do not include WordPress, a CMS, or customer editing access. Ownership of website deliverables does not include an ongoing editing service. Third-party software, fonts, images, and other assets remain subject to their actual license terms. Website handover does not transfer rights or licenses beyond what those terms allow. We explain relevant third-party requirements as part of your project scope.

Customer information and content

You provide your business information, logos, and available images, and are responsible for having permission to use the materials you supply. BigByte may help prepare basic website text and select suitable images within the agreed scope.

You review and approve content and the website before launch. Please provide accurate information, necessary access, and feedback for the agreed work. Additional content creation or changes outside the agreed scope require a separate agreement.

Support and maintenance

Standard post-launch website changes cost $50/hour. Additional development and custom features are quoted separately. E-commerce Solutions and Custom Web Apps are separate services requiring consultation and confirmed pricing; their scope is not included in the standard packages. We explain any optional service scope and cost before you agree. Submitting an inquiry or buying a standard package does not create an unlimited support or editing arrangement.

Project timing and availability

There is no guaranteed delivery timeline. Timing depends on your agreed scope, content readiness, feedback, and review. We discuss an estimated schedule during consultation.

Website and third-party service availability can be affected by maintenance, outages, and circumstances outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular business outcome. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Portfolio display

BigByte may display completed customer websites in its portfolio unless you request otherwise. We do not publish confidential information.

To opt out or request removal, email info@bigbyteit.com with your business name and website address. You can make this request before or after launch.

The sample designs on this website are fictional demonstrations, not actual client case studies.
